Lauderdale Terrace

GEF has been approved for funding to redevelop Lauderdale Homes, and it will allow us to offer 37 housing units of rent geared to income for seniors 65 years of age and older in a new development that blends in with the existing neighbourhood

The new Lauderdale complex is made up of two buildings – a three-storey, 27-unit apartment-style building and a second building made up of 10 single-level, row-style units. There will be a lovely courtyard in between the two buildings, and the project is seniors-friendly, pet-friendly and environmentally-friendly.

Construction on the 10 row-style units will start immediately, using modular housing, and are planned to be move-in ready by the beginning of September 2021. The three-story building is expected to be completed in March 2022.

We are accepting applications for Lauderdale Terrace and applicants will be put on to a waiting list. Click here to fill out an application.
